(A). Injection of plasmids encoding type I IFN leads to contrasted levels of ISG induction in distant organs, and of protection eight weeks post-injection. (B). The co-injection of all plasmids encoding different type I IFN (a, b, and c) and of the DNA vaccine encoding ISAV hemagglutinin esterase (HE) protein affords adjuvant effect; however, the onset of Antibody (Ab)response and its persistence are higher for IFNc.
