Lipase activity is dose-dependently inhibited by resveratrol. The x axis represents the logarithm of the concentration in mM. Tested concentrations of resveratrol were in the range of 0.003–1.5 mM. Orlistat was tested as a positive control drug in the range of 0.002–2 mM. IC50 were calculated by non-lineal regression, using GraphPad Prism 6. All concentrations were tested at least in triplicate, each point representing mean ± SEM.
