Effect of cathepsin B inhibition on gelatine degradation mediated by HT-29 cells with Snail overexpression. Cells were seeded on FITC conjugated-gelatine and incubated 24h in the presence of 100 µM CA-074Me, inhibitor of cathepsin B or combination of 100 µM CA-074Me and 10 µM ARP10, MMP-2 inhibitor.
