Methylation statuses of Cx26 (GJB2), Cx32 (GJB1), Cx30.3 (GJB4) and Cx43 (GJA1) in LUSC and LUAD compared with normal healthy lung tissue. The Beta value indicates the level of DNA methylation and ranges from 0 (unmethylated) to 1 (fully methylated).
