Lisosan^® G (LG₁) was tested for presence of coliforms and staphylococci in (A) McConkey III agar medium and (B) mannitol salt agar medium, respectively. A total of 500 mg of Lisosan^® G was plated. No Colony Forming Unit (CFU) were observed. In (B) the medium turned pink to yellow due to the low pH of the fermented product.
