(B) Cell viability of RJ (0, 25, 50 μg/mL) with or without TNF-α (10 ng/mL) in HaCaT cell. HaCaT cells were pretreated with 0, 25 and 50 µg/mL RJ for 30 min then stimulated with 10 ng/mL of TNF-α for 30 min. Cell viability was then determined by MTT assay.
