CyA inhibited T lymphocyte activation in the spleen of Con A-injured mice. Mice were treated in the same way as described in Figure 1. The spleen was removed and splenocytes were isolated and stained with anti-mouse CD3ε, FITC anti-mouse CD4 or PE anti-mouse CD8a antibodies, and detected by flow cytometer. The results shown in (A,B) are representative flow cytogram for CD4⁺ and CD8⁺ T lymphocytes of three independent experiments.
