Abbreviations: MIC—minimal inhibitory concentration, MBC—minimal bactericidal concentration, MBIC90—minimal biofilm inhibitory concentration that reduce the growth of biofilm at least in 90%, MBBC—minimal biofilm biocidal concentration, MBEC50—minimal biofilm eradication concentration that detach biofilm in at least 50%, NE—no effect/ susceptibility at the maximal tested concentration (i.e., 500 μg/ml).
