NA indicates that information for the specified characteristic was not available for a study subject. CD4 cell counts were only available for TB/HIV+ subjects. Alere LF-LAM results were only available for subjects with urine samples. Matched urine and serum samples were available for 69 of the 81 subjects. The remaining 12 subjects consisted of 6 TB+/HIV- subjects with only urine samples and 6 TB+/HIV- subjects with only serum samples.
