DEPDC1 was significantly upregulated in breast cancer. (A) DEPDC1 mRNA level was obviously higher in breast cancer specimens than in normal tissues by searching GEO dataset (GSE29044). (B) DEPDC1 expression was upregulated in human breast cancer compared to their paired normal tissues by searching GEO dataset (GSE109169).
