Relationships between quantifiable cytokines levels and survival time at P60, P90, and endpoint were assessed using Pearson's correlation analysis. The sample size was 20 mice for eotaxin-1, IL-2, IL-6, MIP-1α, and 12 mice for galectin-1 and TROY. Negative correlations were found between survival time and levels of IL-6 and TROY at P90, and eotaxin-1, galectin-1, IL-2, IL-6, and MIP-1α at endpoint.
