Expression of NTR1 and NTR2 mRNA detected by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction. Oocytes and cumulus cells were matured in vitro for 24 h. Total RNA from testes, oocytes, and cumulus cells were extracted and cDNA was synthesized. Amplified products were obtained by PCR using specific primers, electrophoresed onto 2% agarose gels, and stained with ethidium bromide.
