Alteration of apoptosis related protein expression of melanoma cell line (A375SM) after 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) treatment. To evaluate the effects of 5-FU, diluted 5-FU (1 and 5 μg/mL) was applied to A375SM cells. Whole cell lysates were separated by sodium dodecyl sulfate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis then immunoblotted with specific antibodies to Bcl-xL, BAX, and glyceraldehyde 3-phosphate dehydrogenase (GAPDH).
