The construct pGBKT7-ZmDOF36 was transformed into yeast strain AH109, containing HIS3, ADE2, and MEL1 reporter genes. The results were determined by growth of the yeast strains SD/-Trp and SD/-Trp/-His/-Ade/X-α-GAL media for 3–5 days at 30°C.
