Average % conversion of peptides to the post-enzymatic products (P1↓P1’) from two separate trials. 1-3 PK showed the highest conversion and further degradation of the post-enzymatic product was observed for 2 PK (blue dash line). Over 50% of 2 AK was cleaved, while less than 10% of 3 AK and 1-2 PD was converted, and the rest were not responsive to MMP-9.
