BZE attenuated CCl4-induced hepatic injury in rats. Rats in BZE group were intragastrically administered BZE for 9 consecutive days. On the 10th day, 10% CCl4 olive oil solution(3.0 ml•kg−1) was administered intragastrically to rats after 0.5 h of administration of BZE. (A) Effects of BZE on liver index.
