(a) The rate of motility was assessed by wound-healing assay. Wound closure was observed in scrambled control-transfected cells in a time-dependent manner while miR-770-5p mimic transfected cells lost their motility (n = 2, *p<0.005). (b) Cell invasion analysis was performed by xCELLigence real-time cell analyzer measuring impedance-based signals. Cell invasion capacity decreased in both of the cells transfected with miR-770-5p mimic compared to scrambled control-transfected cells (n = 2, **p<0.0001).
