Effects of the AHR and CAR antagonists on the control spontaneous caspase-3 activity and LDH release in 7 DIV neocortical cultures. Primary neocortical cultures were treated with the AHR antagonists α-naphtoflavone and CH223191 and the CAR antagonist CINPA (all 1 μM) for 6 h.
