CD4+ T and Th17 cell counts in the spleen were lowest after the combined treatment with rapamycin and DON. (A) The frequency of CD4+ T, Th17 (Rorγt+/CD4+), and Treg (Foxp3+/CD4+) cells in splenocytes treated with various drug regimens was analyzed by flow cytometry, and the number of CD4+ T cells was calculated. (B) The frequency of DCs (CD11c+ CD11b+), macrophages (F4/80+ CD11b+), and MDSCs (Gr1+ CD11b+) in the spleen was analyzed by flow cytometry. (C) The frequency of M-MDSCs (CD11b+ Ly6G Ly6Chigh) and G-MDSCs (CD11b+ Ly6G+ Ly6Cint) was analyzed by flow cytometry.
