(A) Normal ASIP polypeptide with 133 amino acids and stop at codon 134; (B) Truncated ASIP protein with 24 amino acids and stop at codon 25 due to frameshift mutation in exon 2; (C) Abnormally long polypeptide with 253 amino acids due to a frameshift mutation in exon 4.
