1.Patient residing at far-off location and difficult to reach at an implanting centre at short notice (physician decision or patient’s preference or both) 2.Patient not able to comprehend the vibratory alert (patient’s decision) 3.Pacing dependant patient with high right ventricular threshold (≥2.5 V) 4.Pacemaker dependant patients (physician decision/patient’s preference) 5.Patient recovered from ventricular tachycardia storm or appropriate ventricular fibrillation therapy in last 3 months
