Head-to-head comparison of the observed prevalence of CAD ≥ 50% by coronary CTA with the ESC-DF PTP. The observed prevalence of CAD ≥50% (dark blue) was lower than the ESC-DF PTP (light blue) across majority of the DF groups. The differences were especially striking in younger women with typical angina. Numbers above the columns represent the overestimation factor defined as a ratio: PTP/observed prevalence of CAD ≥50%.
