Casp1, Ifngr and Nos2 deficiency does not affect the levels of adrenocorticotropic hormone and corticosterone following chronic unpredictable stress. (a) (Casp1, Ifngr, Nos2)^−/− mice displayed similar levels of adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH), and (b) corticosterone (CORT) compared to wild-type (wt) mice at euthanasia.
