The IGS is readily detected in active and inactive SLE patients. Seven SLE microarray datasets were divided into active SLE patients with SLEDAI ≥ 6 (1722 patients total) or inactive SLE patients with SLEDAI < 6 (315 patients total) (Supplementary Data 6).
