The relative enzyme activity of EstS1-5 in/at different (D) pH buffers, (E) NaCl concentrations, and (F) temperatures. The relative enzyme activity of the purified enzymes was normalized using the activity of the purified enzymes at the optimal pH, salinity, and temperature.
