Effects of 2″-O-rhamnosyl icariside II, baohuoside I and baohuoside II on the fluorescence intensity of JC-1 in HL-7702 and HepG2 cells. Notes: 2″-O-rhamnosyl icariside II at each concentration did not cause fluorescence intensity changes. The fluorescence intensities of aggregates in the groups of baohuoside I and baohuoside II at different concentrations were weaker than that of the control group. The scale bar corresponds to 50 μm.
