Recombinant enzymes were pre-incubated with the compounds at different concentrations with the aim to obtain EC₅₀. After 30 min, the deacetylase reactions were initiated by adding the peptide substrate. (A) Log concentration-response curve of compound 6 against TcSir2rp1.
