Superimposed on the graph is a plot of the median (interquartile range) time to initiation of bedaquiline after the start of multidrug-resistant tuberculosis therapy. This analysis includes only patients with a positive baseline culture. There was no difference between groups in the proportion of patients who were culture negative at baseline (P = .90). The median time to bedaquiline start was 2.7 months (interquartile range, 1.5–4.2 months).
