Histology slides for cardiac toxicity in different treatment groups (A) PBS group; (B) FUS group; (C) NK-92MI group; (D) FUS+NK-92MI group). Cardiac tissues were fixed and frozen, and sections were mounted on glass slides. The frozen sections were stained with H&E and examined by light microscopy for morphological analysis.
