In vitro anti-inflammatory activities of siTNF-NPs and Gal-siTNF-NPs against Raw 264.7 macrophages for (a) 24 h and (b) 48 h. Cell were transfected by NPs with different siTNF concentration, and subsequently treated with LPS (1 μg/mL) for 3 h. Raw 264.7 macrophages without LPS treatment were used as a negative control, and LPS-treated Raw 264.7 macrophages were used as a positive control. OF/siTNF complexes were generated according to the manufacturer’s standard protocols. Each point represents the mean ± S.E.M. (n = 3; *p < 0.05, **p < 0.01, Student’s t-test).
