Single cell RNA sequencing was performed on CD45⁺Lin^neg mononuclear cells isolated from the liver or EHBD from PBS- or IL-33-treated adult Balb/c mice as described in Methods. Cluster analysis using the top 200 genes expressed by each cell class identifies 6 major CD45⁺Lin^neg cell classes in the liver and/or EHBD in PBS- or IL-33 treated Balb/c mice. Gene expression is shown as a color gradient from yellow (high expression) to black (low expression) using log₂(TPM+1) values.
