BALB/c mice were administered (i.p.) once the indicated mAbs (150 μg/mouse in 0.5 mL 0.9% NaCl) or 0.5 mL 0.9% NaCl, and 2 h later, the mice received a lethal dose of C. albicans (5 × 106 CFU/mouse). The survival rate of mice treated with mAb 5H5 was significantly higher than that of mice injected with 0.9% NaCl or an irrelevant mAb; #p < 0.05. The survival time of mice passively immunized with mAb 3G11 or mAb 5H5 was significantly higher than that of mice administered with 0.9% NaCl or an irrelevant mAb; *p < 0.01, **p < 0.001.
