(B and C) C57BL/6J mice were transplanted with BALB/c heart allografts and either left untreated (N.T.), treated with mATG alone (mATG), or with mATG and depleting anti-CD4 mAb (mATG + αCD4). RNA was isolated from flow-sorted splenic B cells and gene expression was analyzed by NanoString nCounter Gene Expression Assay (B) and real-time RT-PCR (qPCR) (C). Data represent fold increase in expression relative to B cells isolated from naive C57BL/6J mice.
