The diversity‐adjusted required information size (DARIS) was calculated based on an expected relative risk reduction (RRR) of 12% from proportion event in control (Pc) group of 11.7% with an alpha of 5% and beta of 20%. Cumulative Z‐curve (blue line) reached futility area which means that no more trials are needed.
