Primary and secondary outcomes modified for clarification, and to reflect current asthma‐related outcomes. Subgroup analysis ‐ adults versus children and types of education have been removed. Adults and children are now analysed separately. New studies included (Valery 2010; Poureslami 2012; Grover 2016) including an additional 220 participants. New 'Risk of bias' tool used. SoF table included.
