LV3‐shRNA‐ChemR23 could reverse injury and inflammation in cultured GEnCs. A, GEnCs were infected with lentivirus‐mediated shRNA targeting ChemR23 (MOI = 100). At 3 days after infection, total protein was extracted and Western blot was used to determine gene interfering efficiency. B, GEnCs were stimulated by HG (40 mmol/L) or chemerin (20 nmol/L) for 24 h. LV3‐shRNA was used to efficiently knock down ChemR23 before HG or chemerin stimulation. Western blot and summarized data showed the expression of CD31 in each group.
