A and B, The proliferation rates of Y27632‐pretreated A7r5 cells were measured by CCK8 after transfected with miR‐92a mimic (A) or miR‐92a inhibitor (B). C, Y27632‐pretreated‐HASMCs were transfected with miR‐92a inhibitor or miR‐92a mimic. The cell migration was assessed by Boyden Chamber assay with 10 ng/mL PDGF‐BB stimulation. Migrated cells in each high‐power field (HPF, 400×) were quantitated and the results are shown on the right.
