For all ligands, the magnitude of the CD8 stabilization effect has been set at v^slow/v^fast = 20 in these graphs, in order to clearly demonstrate the effects. low cd8 denotes a hypothetical ligand that is most potent at low CD8 densities, and similarly for intermediate cd8 and high cd8.
