A 14-year-old female diagnosed as CS. After placing the last screw, TEMG response was positive, and the amplitudes of SSEP (A) and TcMEP (B) dropped rapidly. After the responsible screw was removed, the SSEP returned to approximately 90% of the baseline, and the TcMEP improved to 83.3% of the baseline at the end of the surgery. No additional postoperative neurological injury was observed.
