Inclusion criteria: NIDDM but no history of renal disease, retinopathy or vascular problems
Other characteristics: 16 subjects treated with oral hypoglycaemic agents (sulphonylureas and metformin) and 5 by diet alone. Drug dosage was not altered during study. |
