Participants Scottish working adults
Interventions a 30‐minute individual discussion incorporating cognitive behavioural strategies (e.g. decisional balance, goal setting) to encourage individuals to think about their current sedentary behaviour and strategies to change.
Duration of intervention: 2 weeks
Outcomes Time spent sitting/lying, standing, stepping, step counts and sit‐to‐stand transitions.
