Inclusion criteria: cutaneous leishmaniasis of parasitology confirmed that they have not been previously treated; any other medical problem (such as heart disease, renal, hepatic, or haematological); available for follow‐up; informed consent to participate in the study Exclusion criteria: secondary infections, history of allergic reactions |
Interventions |
Group 1: in this group patients apply MJ1 skin cream 3 times a day, they are trained to use it for a month with a diameter of 3 mm on the rub of the lesion without dressing Group 2: skin cream MJ1 ‐ 3 times a day ‐ for a month |
Outcomes |
Lesion size, lesion diameters measured Timepoint: 1, 2, 3, 4 and 8 weeks after starting treatment, participants are evaluated. Method of measurement: at each visit, the 2 dimensions are measured and the area calculated |
