Matured adipocyte enumeration by flow cytometry. hMSCs treated with C. ficifolia extracts were differentiated into mature adipocytes and then quantified by flow cytometry. Cells were treated with various concentrations (1.1 µg/mL to 18 µg/mL) of three different solvent free extracts. (a) Differentiated DMSO control and undifferentiated negative control.
