Effect of i.c.v. FAAH and MAGL inhibition on feeding and body weight in unstressed (A–C) and stressed (D–R) rats. Administration of PF‐04457845 (PF; 3 μg) or MJN110 (MJN; 5 μg) did not modify food intake or body weight in rats that were exposed to a 2 h restraint stress (VEH, n = 16; PF, n = 9; MJN, n = 8) or 2 h confinement to homecage without food (VEH, n = 14; PF, n = 9; MJN, n = 7).
