(B) CD4+ and CD8+ T cells, natural killer cells (NK), dendritic cells (DC), monocytes (Mono), and total B cells expressed as proportion of live CD45+ leukocytes, as well as (C) naïve B cells, immunoglobulin unswitched (USM) and switched (SM) memory B cells, and double negative (DN) B cells expressed as proportion of total CD20+ B cells of subjects were quantified by manual gating.
