Micrographs of Matrigel invasion assay induced by CXCR4/CXCL12-mediated interaction using MDA-MB-231 cells in the presence of CXCR4 inhibitors. The number of invading cells to the bottom chamber decreased when cells were incubated with our compounds in the top chamber.
