TET attenuated BUP-induced cytotoxicity via stimulation of autophagy in SH-SY5Y cells. SH-SY5Y cells were exposed to 200 μM TET or/and 500 μM BUP or BUP+TET+3MA. (A) MDC staining was used to observe the autophagosomes formatting (×200 magnification). (B) The number of autophagosomes in cells was counted. (C) Expressions of LC3II, Beclin1 and p62 were analyzed by Western blotting in SH-SY5Y cells. (D) LC3II relative expression was quantified by normalizing to LC3I. (E) Beclin1 relative expression was quantified by normalizing to β-actin.
