miR-665 targets HMGB1 in RB cells to inactivate the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway Y79 cells were cotransfected with miR-665 mimics and either pc-HMGB1 or pcDNA3.1, while WERI-RB-1 cells were cotransfected with miR-665 inhibitor and either si-HMGB1 or si-NC.
