Twenty micrgrams of GCPs and MCPs were separated by SDS-PAGE. B, Western-blot analysis for the immunoprecipitated products using antibody against GF14φ. MCPs were treated with 10 μm of FC (FC) for 5 min, and then the H⁺-ATPase was immunoprecipitated. GCPs were illuminated with BL (BL), and then immunoprecipitated. The immunoprecipitants were separated by SDS-PAGE.
