Cardiosphere 3D rendering before and after the cut-off frame estimation. PHAL and DAPI mask are combined to obtain the raw volumes. Then, the proposed algorithm identifies the frame in which there is the first contact between the cardiosphere and the surface. The final 3D rendering is achieved by excluding all the slides after the cut-off frame.
